1. TERMS OF SERVICE

Welcome to Ronin. By using our platform (the "Service"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use Ronin. Go use Vercel.

1.1 The Deal

We provide infrastructure. You provide code. We promise to try our best to keep the servers running. You promise not to be a malicious actor.

1.2 Age Requirement

You must be at least 13 years old to use Ronin. If you are a child prodigy under 13, get your parents to sign up.

2. ACCEPTABLE USE POLICY

We embrace freedom, but we are not an anarchy. We have zero tolerance for the following:

> Child Exploitation Material (Immediate report to Feds)
> DDoS Attacks (Incoming or Outgoing)

If you trigger our abuse detection systems, your container will be killed instantly. No questions asked.

3. PAYMENTS & REFUNDS

3.1 Billing

For paid tiers ("Ronin Cloud Pro"), we bill monthly via Stripe. If your payment fails, we will retry 3 times. After that, your deployments go dark.

3.2 Refunds

We do not offer refunds. If you forget to cancel your subscription, that is on you. We are not a gym; canceling is one click in the dashboard.

3.3 Price Changes

We will never raise prices on existing workloads without 30 days notice. We aren't Unity.

4. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

READ THIS CAREFULLY. THIS IS THE PART WHERE WE SAY IT'S NOT OUR FAULT.

The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE". Ronin makes no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding uptime, data integrity, or fitness for a particular purpose.

4.1 Data Loss

We take backups, but we are not a vault. If you delete your production database, or if a cosmic ray hits our data center, we are not liable for your lost revenue, lost data, or lost reputation.

ALWAYS HAVE OFF-SITE BACKUPS.

5. PRIVACY POLICY

We collect the bare minimum to make the service work.

5.1 What We Collect

GitHub Metadata: Username, Avatar, Email (for auth).
Repository Data: We clone your code to build it. We do not sell your code. We delete the build artifacts after deployment.
Logs: We store application logs for 7 days for your debugging convenience, then we purge them.

5.2 Cookies

We use a single session cookie to keep you logged in. We do not use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixels, or any third-party trackers.

6. DMCA & COPYRIGHT

We respect code. We respect creators. If you steal someone else's work and host it on Ronin, we will take it down. We are not a safe haven for pirates.

6.1 The Takedown Protocol

If you are a copyright holder, and you found your IP hosted on a Ronin deployment, send a formal notice to legal@ronin.dev. Your email MUST include:

Target: The exact URL(s) of the infringing content.
Proof: Evidence that you own the original work.
The Oath: A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you are telling the truth.

6.2 The Counter-Strike

If we took down your deployment and you believe you were framed, you can file a Counter-Notice. Send us proof of your license. If the original accuser doesn't sue you within 10 business days, we will restore your service.

7. TERMINATION & EXILE

This relationship is at-will. You can leave whenever you want. We can kick you out whenever we want.

7.1 The Kill Switch

We reserve the absolute right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service immediately for any reason, including but not limited to:

7.2 Data Cremation

If you delete your account, it is a scorched-earth action.

Your deployments stop. Your containers are destroyed. Your SSL certificates are revoked. Your database volumes are wiped. We do not keep "ghost backups." Once you hit delete, it is gone forever.

THE FINE PRINT
